Delivering a safe, competent, sustainable workforce is the theme of the trading standard body's fourth annual event which will be held in the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel, Abu Dhabi, UAE on Tuesday, 19 November 2013.

This year's OSCC will also feature an Awards ceremony and small exhibition alongside the main conference.
